Hosted support

All hosted clients get the Quick Fix Promise, but if you need more than the Fair Use terms cover, choose one of our Moodle Hosted support agreements for annual peace of mind.

Remote support

For those who self-host or host with a third party, a Remote Moodle support annual agreement means that when you need help with your installation, there’s expertise on hand.

Startup support

If you only want something short-term or just need a boost to your Remote or Hosted agreement, pick a fixed-hour QuickStart bundle that matches your Moodle support needs.

  • Helpdesk available during office hours, Mon-Fri 9:30-5:30 (UTC/UTC+1)

  • Support for tool use, configuration, feature setup, course and admin settings

  • Assistance with optional Moodle plugins and ELD-installed third-party plugins

  • Reactive corrective maintenance, root-cause analysis, and bug fixes

  • Version upgrades (on request) for new major and stable branch releases

  • Help with data migration between releases, error messages, and alerts

  • Automatic application security patching and bug fixes for all installations

  • Remote Moodle support provided via shell access or server control panel

Remote pre-checks

Remote Moodle installations must pass a pre-check before support can be initiated. If there are issues impacting your system’s health, we’ll quote for the work required to resolve them, and only on completion will the agreement be live.

Integration services

To get more from your Moodle, consider Moodle.org plugins, Certified Integrators like BigBlueButton and LearnerScript, or request a custom plugin to do something totally new. Integration costs are based on time-required (Basic Rates).

Plugin pre-checks

Any third-party custom plugins must pass a pre-check before being installed on our servers. Any configuration or performance issues which result in support requests or corrective action will incur a charge (Basic Rates).
